Ubud, Gianyar District, Bali, will be host of the International Bali
Meditations Festival, 14 to 15 November 2009. "Festival initiated by Anand Krishna, aims to introduce
meditations techniques as a way of everyday life so as to create a conscious community," said
meditations festival publicist Hadi Susanto in
Denpasar.
He suggested that the meditations festival include a seminar filled with activities and meditations workshops conducted by individuals or groups for 45 minutes.
There will also be musical performances held during the session 120 minutes in which each person or group to appear for a maximum of 20 minutes.
"We also held the` night `Sufi, Sufi activity of performances including Sufi dance, poetry readings and more. We also will hold a bake sale and free additional activities for the kids yoga training, training and other percussion," he said.
Hadi explained, Ubud as the location of the famous festival among foreign tourists because of the area located between the fields and forests dotted with ravines and mountains so that the atmosphere became very beautiful.
"Also known as Ubud art and culture that is growing very rapidly and developed. His pulse Ubud community life can not be separated from art. Here there are also many art galleries," he said.
